The Guild, a design + build collective that specializes in brand experiences for commercial markets, seeks a new Project Director.
The Project Director supervises a team of Project Managers and liaises with the Production (fabrication) and Creative teams. The Project Director accounts for accurate billing from his/her department, oversees budgets and margins of current projects, develops client relationships, and firmly grasps business operations. The Project Director oversees hiring, training, and development of Project Managers. The Project Director is on a constant quest to improve workflow among all departments.
