Air Umbrella – Part 2
Posted in: Kiho Jung, Mingyeon Jang, Pump UmbrellaThe Air Umbrella has been in the news lately and I think this Pump Umbrella is a fitting Part – 2 for the design. For all practical purposes we have three main reasons for umbrellas to cause us worry; one when we use it – that it keeps us dry and doesn’t flurry inside out. Second: it should be easily portable. Lastly, after use we need to store it well so that it doesn’t wet the floor (bag or whatever!). So how about a wand-style umbrella that we ‘pump’ into shape and then easily deflate for storing? Super!
