Jouant aussi bien sur les messages affichés que sur les formes de ces sculptures, une sélection des oeuvres de l’artiste mondialement reconnu sont à découvrir dans la galerie.
Y&R Shanghai a imaginé pourPantone cette série de posters minimalistes reprenant les couleurs de différents personnages connus de tous. Avec la seule incrustation des yeux de Kermit ou encore de Garfield, ces prints sous le nom de « There Can Only Be One » ont été sélectionnés aux Lions de Cannes 2014.
Pale dresses and jumpsuits were presented against a backdrop of orchid-covered walls at fashion house Dior’s haute couture show in Paris (+ slideshow).
The Dior show took place in a simple cylindrical white pavilion, located among foliage in the gardens of Musée Rodin.
As part of the set designed by creative director Raf Simons, white orchids with pink centres covered the walls inside and light shone from two concentric rings of baton-shaped strips in the floor.
Black chairs for guests, arranged in curved rows in front of the walls, contrasted with the otherwise all-white interior.
The collection largely echoed the pale, floral set design and featured light-coloured garments mixed with dark items.
Jump suits and utility coats were made feminine with floral details and belts that bunched material at the waist.
Dark coats stopped just before the ankle to reveal flashes of bright wide-legged trousers.
The pale colours of short dresses with frilled hems were contrasted with orange, red and blue shoes.
Oversized collars and lapels featured on double-breasted wool coats, in a range of lengths.
Also during Paris’ Haute Couture Fashion Week, Giambattista Valli presented gradated ruffled skirts accessorised with delicate head scarves.
Simons recently released his latest footwear collection for Adidas, which featured new designs and updated classics.
