New Dulux ad imagines a world without colour

A cinematic new ad for paint manufacturer Dulux by BBH London envisions how life would be if colour was banned…

The spot depicts a fictional time where life is grey and unhappy and the police enforce a prohibition on anything colourful. When a truck carrying illegal barrels of paint crashes in the street though, residents of the town quickly put the stray cans to use to change their homes, and – the ad implies – their lives too. Who knew paint could be so epic! Watch the ad below:
