I love the visual delight that the network of red ropes and spring hooks conjure. They allow NEST’s internal structure to be changed and this can be done intuitively. You can hook and unhook ropes without needing to touch them directly; for the air mattress just manipulate the spring hooks while fewer hooks are needed for the boat. Ahoy captain!
